Our professional fee structure is a reflection of our partnership philosophy and commitment to you – our client and partner.
We believe that “by the hour” billing does not represent our commitment to the engagement, or our sincerity in relationship building.
Therefore, we have designed a professional fee structure that is mutually beneficial to all parties in the relationship.
Our fee determinants include project scope and length, mutually agreed achievement markers, payment schedules, and many other innovative factors.
Of course, we also welcome clients who prefer to keep us on a retainer.
Event Management
As a rule of thumb, our event management fee is dependent on:
- The Scale and Nature of the Event
- The Extent of Adonai Group’s Involvement - Development, Execution, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Project Management
- Degree of Customisation and Differentiation
Due to the dynamic requirements of M.I.C.E (Meetings, Incentives, Conventions & Exhibitions) management, it would be ideal for us to understand your requirements via email and face-to-face meetings, prior to providing a quotation.
Training
Training is one of the vehicles we deliver our solutions and therefore its cost is typically a component of the project fee.
For stand-alone training services, our fee structure will be based on a set of guidelines including:
- Type of Training: Workshop, Seminar, Conference or Site Visit
- Duration and Intensity of Training
- Location: In-house or Off-site
- Trainer profile
- Training focus and proficiency level
